Engineering Culture Development: Champion the buildup and nurturing of a healthy engineering culture within the organization, promoting best practices, continuous learning, and a strong sense of ownership.
Product Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with Product to define and execute the Energy Management product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Head of Product, design, quality assurance, and other teams to deliver cohesive and customer-centric Energy Management products.
Technical Architecture: Define and maintain the technical architecture and design principles for our Energy Management products, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Energy Management engineering team.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Budget and Resource Management: Responsible for budget planning, resource allocation, and cost management within the Energy Management department.
